Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Executive – HR to manage employee onboarding through Keka HRMS, verify and upload employee documents, maintain accurate employee records, and handle HR data using advanced Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities in Keka HRMS.
- Create employee profiles and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
- Collect, verify, and upload employee documents, ensuring all mandatory records are complete.
- Maintain and update employee databases, onboarding trackers, and documentation records.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other formulas for data management and reporting.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal HR teams to complete pending documentation.
- Ensure employee records are accurate, organized, and updated within defined timelines.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow HR documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, employee onboarding, or HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, especially VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and meet deadlines.
