Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join its team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, handle inquiries, and follow up with potential clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing customer interactions, maintaining follow-up records, and supporting the company's communication and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company offerings.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain relevant products, services, and offerings clearly to potential customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers to generate interest and encourage further engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, responses, and follow-up schedules.
- Identify potential customer requirements and forward relevant inquiries to the concerned team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets and performance objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries.
- Prepare regular updates on calling activities, customer responses, and follow-up status.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach during all interactions.





Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for maintaining records.
- Ability to handle customer queries and communicate information clearly.
- Positive listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain organized records.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Education and Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or client coordination will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
