Job Title: Knowledge Management & Documentation Specialist

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management & Documentation Specialist with strong expertise in knowledge management, technical and business documentation, institutional repositories, content governance, and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and improving organizational knowledge assets, ensuring effective documentation practices, information accessibility, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and organize technical and business documentation, knowledge bases, and institutional repositories.
- Establish and implement content governance standards, documentation procedures, and knowledge management practices.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and proper version control of organizational documents.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing across departments to preserve institutional knowledge.
- Manage document classification, metadata, indexing, and repository structures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture,



consolidate, and maintain critical organizational knowledge.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant skilled experience in knowledge management and documentation.
- Strong expertise in technical and business documentation, institutional repositories, and content governance.
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing, and information management practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple knowledge assets and maintain structured, accessible documentation.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
