Mobius Bloom Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is a technology venture studio based in Raipur, building SaaS and AI-powered products, including Whalexy (WhatsApp Business API automation) and MobiusEMS (workforce management platform).

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale our web applications. You will work on backend APIs, frontend dashboards, databases, security, and cloud deployment while collaborating directly with our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Build responsive web interfaces and dashboards using React.js and TypeScript.
- Design and optimise databases using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access control.
- Integrate WebSockets, webhooks, and third-party services.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write automated tests, troubleshoot bugs, and improve application performance and security.
- Contribute to system design, scalability, and production support.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.




- Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ORM/ODM tools, and Redis.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and application security.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git/GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of automated testing and responsive UI development.

Positive to Have: Kubernetes, Angular, AWS Lambda, Prometheus, Grafana, microservices, and experience with SaaS, HRMS, CRM, or payroll products.

Qualifications

B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. Candidates with strong portfolios and production-level application experience are preferred.
