Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2 - 4 years of experience in the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business and client requirements, translating them into clear functional requirements, and coordinating with development, QA, and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, workflows, and process flow diagrams.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
- Participate in requirement-gathering meetings, client calls, project discussions, and demos.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
- Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Support UAT and requirement validation.
- Track requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and requirement gaps.
- Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.




- Ensure deliverables are aligned with client requirements and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/software industry.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and requirement analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and coordinate with different teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Good to Have

- Experience working on web, mobile, SaaS, CRM, or communication/VoIP-related software projects.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and software architecture.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Understanding of wireframes/prototypes and tools such as Figma will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
