Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, field visits, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain the company’s products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with confidence and a strong willingness to work in sales are welcome.
