- Hiring candidates
- Gather payroll data like leaves,
working hours and bank details.
- Responsible to manage and execute the HR systems in the organization.
- To manage and set all the Departments and their work in the Organization.
- To bridge the gap which are there in the existing systems and process of all the Departments.
- Plan and develop new ways and strategies for the replacement of the existing systems and processes.
- Make the Team members more productive and efficient.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
