About the Role

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Visual Communication Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be key in shaping our brand’s visual narrative—ranging from designing posters and corporate presentation decks to producing short-form video content and executing social media visual assets.

If you have a keen eye for design, typography, video editing, and digital storytelling, this internship will provide you with practical hands-on experience in building corporate brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

· Graphic & Poster Design:

o Design creative posters, digital banners, infographics, and event collateral aligned with brand guidelines.

o Create visual elements and templates for internal communications, newsletters, and corporate announcements.

· Video Production & Motion Content:

o Concept, shoot, and edit short-form promotional videos, event highlights, reel content, and animated graphics.

o Assist with audio syncing, basic color correction, and subtitling for digital video assets.

· Social Media Visuals & Content Support:

o Develop visual posts, stories, and carousel graphics tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

o Coordinate with the communications lead to maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media channels.

· Corporate Presentations & Media Assets:





o Format and elevate organizational slide decks, corporate profiles, and report layouts to ensure a professional polish.

o Help organize and maintain a central repository of digital brand assets (logos, raw footage, photo archives, and design templates).

Requirements & Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Animation, Film Production, or a related creative discipline.

· Proficiency with core design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva Pro.

· Basic understanding of photography, video framing, lighting, and audio basics.

· Understanding of modern social media visual formats and engagement trends (e.g., LinkedIn carousels, Instagram Reels).

· Strong attention to detail, layout theory, color aesthetics, and typography.

· A portfolio or link to a drive containing sample work (graphic design, posters, video clips, or design projects).
