Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and connect with potential customers.
- Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and support them throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records .
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.




- Candidates with sales or real estate experience will be preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Jaipur and nearby areas will be an advantage.
