Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely material availability for our client in the Solar & Wind Energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure materials, equipment, and spare parts as per requirements.
- Identify suitable vendors and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and compare vendor quotations.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.




- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in purchase and procurement activities.
- Positive vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of purchase orders and quotation comparison.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently.
