We’re looking for a Senior Civil Project Manager who can take ownership of residential construction projects and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution, planning, and timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor quality, cost, materials, manpower, and project progress.
- Review drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per specifications.
- Handle client coordination, reporting, snagging, and project handover.
What We’re Looking For
- Civil Engineering degree/diploma.
- Strong experience in residential building construction.
- Positive knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, and site execution.
- Strong team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently based in Chennai only.
