Lead Research Executive – B2B Prospect Research & Data VerificationJob Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Research Executive to identify relevant businesses, research potential customers, and build accurate prospect databases for our sales and business development team.

You will research businesses using Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, company websites, and other online sources. Your work will involve identifying business owners and decision-makers, finding and verifying contact information, and spotting companies that may need digital marketing services.

The focus is on accurate data, relevant prospects, and strong research quality—not simply collecting large volumes of contacts.

Candidates with experience in lead research, B2B prospect research, data research, contact research, market research, database building, or lead generation will be preferred.

Strong online research skills, attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to identify relevant business prospects are key for this role.

- The ability to identify promising prospects, such as newly launched businesses, companies running advertisements, businesses with weak websites, or companies with an underdeveloped online presence.
- A basic understanding of B2B prospecting, target customer profiles, and lead qualification.
- The ability to cross-check information and verify details before adding prospects to a database.
- Strong attention to detail when checking data accuracy, removing duplicates, and identifying outdated or incomplete records.
- The ability to organize prospect information clearly in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
- The ability to follow research criteria, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver reliable lead data.
- A willingness to learn new research tools, data enrichment methods, and AI-powered research workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Research businesses across online platforms and directories to identify potential customers for digital marketing services.
- Build targeted B2B prospect lists based on specified industries, locations, business categories, and qualification criteria.
- Identify relevant business owners and decision-makers for each prospect.




- Collect, cross-check, and verify business and contact information using available online sources.
- Identify potential buying signals and business opportunities from company websites, advertising activity, and online presence.
- Clean, organize, segment, and maintain prospect databases.
- Remove duplicate entries and flag invalid, outdated, or incomplete information.
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Follow defined research processes and continuously improve the relevance and quality of prospect lists.
- Coordinate with the sales or business development team to understand targeting requirements and improve lead quality.
