About the Role
Zorba Estates is looking for a Presales Associate to connect with clients, understand their property requirements, collect relevant details, and share them with the respective Residential or Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and purpose.
- Handle client enquiries and conduct follow-up calls.
- Forward client requirements to the respective Residential or Commercial team.
- Maintain accurate client details and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups.
- Update client information in the company database or CRM.
Requirements
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Valuable listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and maintain accurate records.
