Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving (GAIC) is seeking a motivated and target-driven Student Counsellor to support admissions for our job-oriented caregiving and healthcare training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, managing enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.

Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.

Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.

Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/lead management system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.





Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for current students.

Participate in college visits, career guidance sessions, educational fairs, and admission campaigns.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

Any Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in:

Student Counselling

Admissions

Education Sales

Telecalling

Inside Sales

Similar customer-facing roles

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong counselling, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve targets and convert leads effectively.

Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
