Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at Tagore Medical College and Hospital. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day Human Resources operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and HR administrative activities. This role is suitable for fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources within a healthcare and academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

- Assist in recruitment activities for faculty, doctors, nurses, administrative, and support staff.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

2. HR Operations

- Assist in maintaining employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Support attendance management, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee databases.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.




- Help ensure HR records and documents are properly maintained.

3. General Administration

- Provide administrative support for daily HR activities.
- Assist in organizing staff welfare activities, training sessions, and meetings.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
