Vibecrafts is hiring experienced and customer-oriented professionals for the position of Customer Support Executive. We are looking for candidates with valuable communication skills in both English and Hindi who can handle customer queries professionally.

The role involves a blended process of calls, chats, and emails depending on the situation. The work environment is customer-focused and designed to provide a balanced experience, unlike hectic, high-pressure BPO processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails as required.
- Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses in Hindi and English.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution of queries.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience:



Minimum 6 months to 2 years in customer support.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude with good problem-solving skills.
