Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chinese First Commi to join our restaurant kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian and other menu items.
- Handle wok cooking and manage food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Manage ingredients and kitchen stock as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Chinese restaurant or kitchen preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
