High School Coordinator – Mathematics | Job Description

Position: High School Coordinator – Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the Mathematics department for Grades 9–12.
- Plan and monitor the academic curriculum and lesson plans.
- Mentor and guide Mathematics teachers.
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Conduct regular academic reviews, assessments, and performance analysis.
- Ensure effective classroom practices and curriculum implementation.
- Coordinate with the Principal and academic team for smooth school operations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student academic progress.

Qualification:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.

Experience:

- 5+ years of Mathematics teaching experience.
- Prior experience as a Coordinator/HOD in a CBSE school is preferred.
