Job Overview
We are looking for skilled and passionate Aptitude Trainers to deliver offline training sessions for university students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to prepare students for campus placements and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for university students.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests and competitive examinations.
- Develop training materials, practice questions, mock tests, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students improve their problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Monitor student progress and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude.
- Good understanding of Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students.
- Strong classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Previous aptitude training experience is preferred.
