Job Overview

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Field Operations Executives to manage on-ground activities across Tamil Nadu. The role requires regular visits to government offices, Sub-Registrar Offices, and vendors to collect and submit property-related documents and provide timely updates to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit Sub-Registrar Offices, government offices, and vendors across assigned locations in Tamil Nadu.
- Collect, submit, and check property-related documents.
- Capture photographs of documents, receipts, and acknowledgements as required.
- Upload task updates and supporting proof through the company app.
- Complete assigned routes and daily tasks accurately and on time.
- Report delays, discrepancies, and operational challenges to the team.




- Maintain professional communication with office staff and vendors.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Class 12 pass or above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Tamil is essential. English and hindi will be helpful.
- Must be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu as required.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile applications, and WhatsApp.
- Good communication skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Experience in field operations, delivery, courier services, documentation, or field sales is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000.
- Travel expenses reimbursed by the company.
- On-the-job training and exposure to property documentation and field operations.

Significant Information

This is a field-based position requiring regular travel within Tamil Nadu. Candidates must be comfortable visiting government offices and coordinating with different stakeholders.
