Job Description: Tally Operator

Location: Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage accounting entries, maintain financial records, and handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Manage GST entries, GST invoicing, and basic GST reconciliation.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and other financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank books.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and outstanding statements.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records and complete tasks within deadlines.
