Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of retail stores.
- Visit stores and check staff attendance, discipline and performance.
- Coordinate with Store Managers regarding daily operations.
- Monitor sales reports and store targets.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Identify and resolve store-related operational issues.
- Submit daily field visit and performance reports.
Eligibility:
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and handle full-time fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Petrol Expenses: Provided by the company.
