Jaydeep Organic Productions Private Limited is an agro-processing and food manufacturing enterprise headquartered in Brahmapur, Odisha. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to manufacturing high-grade functional food ingredients. Our immediate hero manufacturing line is dedicated to Certified Premium Raw Green Banana Powder (High Resistant Starch, RS2), with future expansions into Moringa and advanced dehydrated agro-products.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an aggressive, target-driven B2B Sales & Export Marketing Executive to manage buyer lead generation, handle portal operations (ExportersIndia, IndiaMART, global B2B trade platforms), and close domestic & international bulk ingredient contracts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- B2B Portals & Lead Generation: Actively manage and optimize company listings on domestic and global B2B portals (ExportersIndia, IndiaMART, trade directories, LinkedIn). Generate daily qualified enquiries from food manufacturers, bakeries, nutraceutical brands, and bulk ingredient wholesalers.
- Seamless Order & Inquiry Handling: Respond to domestic and international RFQs (Requests for Quotation), qualify prospective buyers, and ensure seamless coordination from initial technical query to final dispatch.
- Technical Ingredient Pitching: Pitch our hero product—Premium Raw Green Banana Powder—using technical specification sheets, Certificate of Analysis (COA), mesh size, and moisture parameters.
- Sample Workflow Management: Coordinate domestic and overseas sample dispatches, collect technical feedback from client R&D;/quality labs, and convert trials into commercial container orders.
- Strict Commercial Enforcement: Structure all purchase agreements strictly under the company’s capital-protection policy:



mandatory 70% advance payment prior to production.
- Pipeline & Daily Reporting: Maintain daily inquiry and lead conversion pipelines, update CRM records, and attend weekly operational reviews with the Global Head.

ONBOARDING & COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

- Phase 1 – First 90 Days (Performance-Linked Onboarding):

- Structured Remote / Work-From-Home setup.

- Full backend company support provided (leads, technical data, sample inventory, and executive guidance).

- Compensation operates strictly under a Performance-Linked Profit-Sharing / Metric-Tonnage Incentive Model based on realized consignments and closed deals.

- Phase 2 – Post-90 Days (Permanent Corporate Placement):

- Upon achieving initial order stabilization, the executive will transition into a permanent full-time corporate appointment at our Head Office in Brahmapur, Odisha.

- Package includes: Competitive Fixed Monthly Corporate Salary + Metric-Tonnage Export Incentives + Statutory corporate benefits.

WORKPLACE & RELOCATION POLICY (STRICT ON-SITE):

- Phase 1 (First 90 Days): Structured Remote Onboarding & Market Validation Phase.
- Phase 2 (Post-90 Days - Permanent On-Site Deployment):

- For India-based candidates: Relocation to our Corporate Head Office in Brahmapur, Odisha is 100% MANDATORY.

- This is NOT a hybrid or permanent work-from-home position.

- Upon completing the initial 90-day onboarding, the candidate must report daily to our office premises in Brahmapur, Odisha for full-time on-site corporate operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- 2 to 5+ years of proven track record in B2B corporate sales, export operations, or domestic agro-food marketing.




- Hands-on practical experience handling accounts on ExportersIndia, IndiaMART, or international B2B directories.
- Basic understanding of food powder parameters (moisture, mesh size, resistant starch) and commercial trade documents (commercial invoice, packing list, COA, Incoterms).
- Solid English communication and negotiation skills over phone and email.
- Hunger for performance, deal closing, and structured pipeline execution.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
