We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to manage dealer communication, follow up on orders, handle incoming calls, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for informing dealers about CD bill amounts, generating orders in coordination with the Sales Manager, recording customer complaints in the CRM system, and handling drivers’ complaints. Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
