Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end residential property sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Work on pre-generated, high-quality leads provided by Homebazaar.com.
- Follow up with digital marketing leads and convert prospects into buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build relationships with HNI clients, investors, and developers.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Real estate sales experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident.
- HNI client handling experience is an advantage.
- Must own a bike/car with a valid driving licence.
