Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Restaurant Solutions Consultant to promote software solutions designed for restaurants and food businesses. The candidate will connect with restaurant owners, understand their business needs, demonstrate relevant software features, and help acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food outlets.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Understand restaurant operations and identify opportunities where software solutions can help.
- Demonstrate product features and explain the benefits of the company's solutions.
- Build robust relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Explain pricing, product features, and implementation processes to customers.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for customer onboarding.
- Maintain customer information, lead status, and daily sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the internal team.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil.
- Confidence in interacting with restaurant owners and business managers.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Interest in sales, customer relationship management, and technology.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and field sales, if required.
- Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome.
- Previous experience in sales, restaurant operations, or software sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to learn about restaurant technology and software products.

- Number of leads generated.
