Role Overview

Aira Infinity is looking for a result-oriented Sales Team Leader to build and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs), drive sales performance, and expand the company's reach across assigned markets in Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, build, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor field activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review individual performance.
- Support FSEs in approaching local businesses and developing customer relationships.
- Track sales performance and submit daily and periodic reports to management.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to improve team productivity.




- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance follow-ups for team members.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Ability to set targets, monitor performance, and drive conversions.
- Strong problem-solving and team-motivation abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and local market activities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet, and digital tools.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–3+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Prior experience managing or leading a sales team is desirable.
- Ability to build and manage a team of FSEs.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with local market knowledge and an existing sales network will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month (in-hand).
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based.
