- Responsible for daily production activities to meet quality standards of Power Transformers up to 500 MVA, 4000kV.
- Must possess healthy working experience in Clamping, Bushing Erection, Accessories mounting, trouble shooting, Dismantling, Packing and Dispatch.
- Handling EOT crane operation, Forklift etc for materials and Transformers.
- Handling Oil processing, Vacuum and Control Wiring of the Transformers as per standard operating procedure to ensure accuracy and optimization.
- Ensure productive use of resources and minimize rework and cost.
- Assist Technician support on issues and include root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on production and issues.
- Maintain health, safety, environmental and housekeeping standards
- Implement best practices in work area
- Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment breakdown and calibration to reduce downtime.
- Maintaining 5S Practices in the shop floor
