E-commerce ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon international marketplaces, along with strong knowledge of product listing management, inventory coordination, reporting, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms, including Amazon International, Walmart, and Flipkart.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, keywords, pricing, and other listing attributes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple marketplaces and coordinate timely stock updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product uploads, pricing, inventory, and listing requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, advertising performance, inventory movement, and overall marketplace performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and advertising reports.
- Analyze e-commerce data and provide insights to support business and sales decisions.
- Identify listing issues, suppressed listings, content errors, and marketplace-related problems and coordinate their resolution.
- Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across all e-commerce platforms.
- Support marketplace account health, compliance requirements, and operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, particularly international marketplaces such as the USA, UK, Australia, and UAE.
- Good understanding of Amazon listing management, inventory management, and marketplace operations.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS systems such as WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data management, formulas, reports, and basic data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products, marketplaces, and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing Amazon international marketplaces will be highly preferred.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace and Flipkart is an added advantage.
- Experience with e-commerce reporting, PPC/advertising reports, and inventory planning is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and identify opportunities to improve sales, listings, inventory management, and marketplace performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
