Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to oversee residential property operations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage tenant relationships, and ensure smooth property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of residential properties.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities.
- Handle tenant queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate rental agreements, renewals, and documentation.
- Monitor rent collection and maintain payment records.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor property expenses and maintenance budgets.
- Maintain records of tenants, contracts, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure properties are maintained in valuable condition.
- Support occupancy management and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, or real estate operations.
- Knowledge of residential property maintenance and tenant coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with tenants, vendors, and management.
