Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and guest-focused Food & Beverage GSA / Steward to join our hotel team in Rishikesh. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist them with seating in the restaurant.

Present menus, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.

Ensure restaurant and dining areas remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally.

Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing tables.

Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Assist with billing and payment collection, as required.

Follow hotel grooming standards, service procedures, and safety guidelines.





Support restaurant opening, closing, and side duties.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 06 months to 1 year in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality operations.

Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or hospitality-related qualification preferred.

Freshers with a positive attitude and interest in the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in a hotel, resort, café, or restaurant will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be polite, presentable, hardworking, and passionate about guest service, with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented hospitality environment.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
