Job Summary
Matamix International is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with at least 1 year of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiation skills to identify new business opportunities and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing and advertising solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients to discuss business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and agency services.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and professional networking platforms.
- A proactive attitude with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Candidates who understand agency services and client acquisition processes.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
