The intern will act as a dedicated resource to handle ledger closures, reconciliations, and payment-related clarifications, allowing the core collections team to remain focused on fund realization and payment discipline.
Key responsibilities of the intern will include:
- Communicating with clients regarding ledger closures and collection-related information
- Reconciling client ledgers and identifying differences
- Understanding and resolving short deductions and ledger-related issues
- Updating and maintaining ledgers in Tally
- Taking immediate action on short payments from new clients
- Explaining lower TDS deductions to recent clients and resolving related queries
- Highlighting new client issues on the same day and working towards same-day resolution
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
