Experience: 2-5 years in IT support and networking (pharma/manufacturing preferred)
Job Location: Sola, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:-
➤ Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networking and systems
➤ Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers and user access
➤ Troubleshoot computer, email, network and system-related issues
➤ Maintain ERP / Pharma Cloud and coordinate with vendors/service providers
➤ Ensure data backup, system security and basic IT asset management
➤ Support IT documentation and GMP compliance requirements
➤ Monitor IT infrastructure and minimize system downtime
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
