About the Role

We are looking for a smart, active, and organized CRM Executive who can manage customer relationships, follow up with leads, maintain data accuracy, and support the sales team in daily operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp communication, CRM software, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage and update customer data in CRM software (Kit19 CRM)
- Convert trial orders and inquiries into active business opportunities
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and the sales team
- Maintain proper segregation of customer data (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, CP, PVC, etc.)
- Track pending inquiries, quotations, payments, and order status
- Generate reports for lead conversion, customer engagement, and follow-ups
- Send regular broadcast messages and promotional updates to customers
- Maintain professional communication with existing and new clients




- Ensure no lead or inquiry remains unattended
- Support automation and CRM process improvement activities

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software
- Experience in telecalling/customer handling preferred
- Fast learner with good follow-up skills
- Ability to manage large customer databases
- Knowledge of polymer/plastic industry is an advantage

Qualification

- Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years experience in CRM, telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support

- Salary: As per experience + performance incentives
