About the roleAstroCoach is hiring 4 Senior Academic Advisors who can close sales fast. You will speak with high-intent inbound leads who are already interested, guide them on the program and convert them into enrollments, often in the very first conversation. No cold calling.
Role: Senior Academic Advisor (EdTech Sales Closer)Openings: 4Location: Remote, work from homeWorking days: 6 days a weekExperience: Minimum 2 years in B2C EdTech inside salesCTC: Up to 5 LPA fixed + uncapped incentives. Delhi NCR based candidates will be preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads and close enrollments quickly, ideally on the first call Run consultative conversations: understand the learner's goals, present the program and handle objections Follow up with leads and webinar attendees until they convert Meet and beat weekly and monthly enrollment targets Update every lead and call in the CRM
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2C EdTech inside sales with a proven record of hitting targets Proven closer who can convert leads instantly Strong English communication Comfort with target-driven, closing-focused sales Astrology knowledge is a plus and will be preferred. Good with sales pipeline and data centric. Ability to join immediately Own laptop and smartphone with stable internet
