We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all up-to-date facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D; House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength. We are looking for a dynamic professional from Quality background to join our Company.

Job Summary : The incumbent would be responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality function. This role involves co-ordinating with Production, Purchase and Stores functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular process audits across manufacturing lines
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Identify process gaps, deviations, and areas of improvement
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvements
- Maintain audit reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- To ensure Customer Complaint Reduction
- To ensure Daily MRN Clearance & Material Flow
- To meet Pre-Dispatch Inspection Timelines
- Vendor Development & Quality Improvement
- To provide technical training.
- To ensure that all the required inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with the laid down procedures and techniques.




- To ensure that quality assurance personnel take necessary samples that they require using the correct sampling procedures.
- To ensure that test methods are strictly adhered to and test reports are made.
- To identify and organize calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment of laboratory only to maintain their continued suitability.
- To carry out in-coming, in-process and final inspection of material.
- To identify, develop and apply SQC techniques for controlling the quality of product.
- To frame quality plan and sampling plan.
- Interaction with suppliers with respect to components quality in coordination with purchase
- Technical assistance and technical control of suppliers.
- Proper handling of critical components.
- Responsible for necessary interactions with authorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) with 7 to 10 years of relevant industrial experience in core Quality function.

Compensation:- Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and professional background.
