We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineer & Technical Trainer with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), data analysis, and model development, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring AI/ML professionals. This role combines hands-on AI/ML project development with technical training, workshops, and project-based learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI/ML Development and Technical Operations

- Develop, train, test, and evaluate machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Build AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions using suitable frameworks, libraries, and APIs.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets for machine learning projects.
- Apply machine learning algorithms to classification, regression, clustering, and prediction problems.
- Work with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and experiment with deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Explore and implement Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, automation tools, recommendation systems, and other intelligent applications.
- Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and software systems through APIs.
- Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve accuracy, efficiency,



and reliability.
- Work with databases and data processing tools to support AI/ML applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, experiment results, and project reports.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, machine learning techniques, and industry best practices.

Technical Training and Student Mentoring

- Conduct AI, Machine Learning, Python, and Generative AI training sessions at Acadeno Research and Innovation Center and partner colleges.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions covering Python programming, data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and AI application development.
- Mentor students through practical labs, mini-projects, capstone projects, and real-world use cases.
- Guide students in developing AI-powered applications, chatbots, prediction systems, and automation solutions.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
- Explain complex AI/ML concepts in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to strengthen technical skills.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, hackathons, and AI awareness programs.
- Support students in building project portfolios and preparing for AI/ML-related career opportunities.
- Continuously update training content to reflect emerging technologies and industry requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming knowledge in Python.
- Understanding of core machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model training.




- Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Familiarity with deep learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs is preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and integrating AI models into applications.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and guide students through practical projects.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping aspiring professionals develop AI/ML skills.
- Willingness to conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- A self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
