Job Title: Process Trainer – BPO
Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam
Job Description:
We are hiring a Process Trainer with 2+ years of overall BPO experience and minimum 1 year of trainer experience on papers. The candidate will be responsible for conducting recent hire training, refresher sessions, and ensuring process knowledge and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire and refresher trainings
- Deliver voice/non-voice process training
- Monitor trainee performance
- Prepare training materials and reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years overall BPO experience
- Minimum 1 year as Sales Trainer (mandatory)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
