Bishram is looking for a motivated and execution-focused Civil Engineer to manage construction activities, supervise project sites, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely project delivery with high quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have practical site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day construction operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site execution and daily construction activities
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project timelines and progress
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards
- Verify measurements, BOQs, and contractor billing
- Manage material requirements and site inventory
- Resolve execution and technical issues at site
- Maintain project reports and documentation
- Ensure safety compliance across the site
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of construction or site execution experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and site supervision
- Familiarity with residential/commercial construction projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler for site visits and project coordination
