Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Student Counsellor to connect with prospective students, explain course details, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The role also involves student support, coordination, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Communicate course details, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions by following up effectively.
- Maintain student enquiry records, call reports, and follow-up data.
- Coordinate admission procedures, document collection, and fee-related communication.
- Provide timely support to students and parents regarding course and admission queries.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to build relationships and achieve admission targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, teamwork, and a student-focused approach.
