Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Engineering Department

 New product development and process feasibility review.

 Study customer drawings, specifications, GD&T and engineering requirements.

 Develop manufacturing process flow, operation sequence and process parameters.

 Process development for forging, machining, heat treatment and finishing.

 Development and improvement of forging dies, machining tools, fixtures and gauges.

 Conduct process trials, validation and capability studies.

 Support APQP, PPAP and current product launch activities.

 Prepare/review Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan and Work Instructions.

 Monitor and improve Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk and process capability.

 Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, cycle time and manufacturing cost.

 Improve tool life, productivity, machine utilization and material yield.

 Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and Poka-Yoke.





 Analyse process problems using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and RCA.

 Provide technical support to Production, Quality, Tool Room and Maintenance.

 Manage engineering changes, drawing revisions and process modifications.

 Coordinate with tooling, machine, gauge and equipment suppliers.

 Support customer audits, process audits and engineering-related observations.

 Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, AIAG/VDA and customer-specific requirements.

 Maintain all relevant engineering and process documentation.

 Drive continuous improvement in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity and Safety (QCDPS).

Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year
