Hiring: Business Development Manager – Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad | WFH / Hybrid
Experience: Preschool / Education Background Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and deal closures.
- Drive franchise sales and convert leads into successful closures.
- Travel as required to meet prospective franchise partners and close deals.
- Guide franchise branches and provide daily operational support.
Requirements:
- Preschool / Education franchise experience preferred.
- Robust sales, communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Go-getter attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
