Overview:

As a Desktop Support Engineer within the Offshore Unit, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of engineering applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of specialized software used in design and engineering processes, along with general desktop support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration of Engineering Applications:

- Deploy, install, and configure engineering software applications such as AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD, Bentley products, SACs, STAAD, MicroStation, OLGA, DNV apps, Primavera, Oracle, CAESAR, PV Elite, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Electrical, and SmartPlant software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





· Proven experience in installing, configuring, and supporting a broad range of engineering applications.

· Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

· Strong knowledge of printer installation, setup, and troubleshooting.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to support.

· -Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
