Job Summary

Vynedam Group of Industries is hiring skilled and motivated Field Delivery / Support Engineers to support equipment delivery, field verification, technical troubleshooting, and client coordination activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in field technical support, equipment handling, or UAV/drone-related operations, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This is primarily a remote position, but candidates must be willing to visit client offices or project sites whenever required for meetings, technical support, or project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate equipment delivery and field operations.
- Verify equipment and documentation during delivery and handover.
- Assist with technical inspections, testing, and acceptance activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Maintain accurate field reports, service records, and handover documentation.
- Coordinate with technical leads for issue resolution and escalation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Attend client meetings and visit project sites whenever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in field engineering,



technical support, equipment installation, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of UAV/drone systems and operations is preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good reporting and documentation abilities.
- Effective communication and client coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project requirements.
- Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in a relevant engineering discipline.

Notice Period Requirements

- Candidates who are currently serving their notice period are preferred.
- Required availability: Within 15–30 days.
- Candidates who can join within the specified timeframe will be prioritized.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

- Work Mode: Remote
- Client Visits: Mandatory whenever required for meetings, equipment verification, or technical support.
- Travel: Based on project and client requirements.
