If you have experience in US IT Staffing, strong Tier-1 Prime Vendor relationships, and a proven track record of generating requirements and closing business, this opportunity is for you!

Position Details

- Position: Business Development Manager – USA Staffing

- Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 Prime Vendors and US clients.
- Generate regular requirements and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick submissions and closures.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and vendors.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and vendor partners.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of requirements and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.




- Stay updated with US staffing trends and market demands. What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Strong experience working with Tier-1 Prime Vendors.
- Active/current client or vendor relationships are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating requirements and closures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Self-driven, aggressive, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
