Job Description

Prolife Cancer Centre & Research Institute is looking for a qualified, well-spoken, and experienced Front Desk Executive to manage patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and daily administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle patients and their families with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments.
- Manage patient registration, records, and administrative documentation.
- Assist patients and relatives with hospital services and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate appointment schedules and patient information.




- Handle WhatsApp communication, emails, and follow-up calls.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and data entry.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Skilled appearance, punctuality, and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Previous hospital or healthcare industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
