Job Summary

Girikand Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide travel-related information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about holiday packages, travel bookings, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Assist customers with booking-related queries, itinerary information, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Holiday Operations, Car Rental, and other relevant teams for timely customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up updates in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved.
- Provide professional, courteous, and prompt responses to all customer interactions.
- Maintain service quality and build positive customer relationships.




- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism will be an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and customer management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of travel bookings and holiday packages will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Location: Girikand Travels, Pune
