** Job Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial discussions, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.

** Key Responsibilities**

* Source and screen candidates through calls and job portals.

* Conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews.

* Explain job roles, salary, and company details.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews.

* Follow up with candidates until joining.

* Maintain basic recruitment records.

* Achieve assigned hiring targets.

** Eligibility**

* 12th Pass

* Undergraduate

* Graduate

* Post Graduate

* **Freshers can apply**

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.





* Candidates with prior recruitment/HR experience are also welcome.

** Salary & Benefits**

**Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

**Additional:** Performance Bonus + Incentives
