- Assess patients with physical disabilities, injuries, and functional limitations.
- Diagnose and manage medical conditions related to rehabilitation.
- Prepare individualized rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers about rehabilitation and home care.
- Maintain patient medical records and treatment reports.
- Prevent and manage rehabilitation-related complications.
- Conduct regular patient reviews and follow-up assessments.
- Ensure quality patient care and follow institutional policies.
Qualification
- MD in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
